Ahoy maties, the 4th Annual CCYC Cardboard Regatta is happening on Labor Day! Come out and test your shipbuilding and smack talking skills against your fellow Corinthians in a test of skill, tenacity and day drinking. Teams of four will compete to win eternal cardboard glory while raising money for a local charity. Each team's $100 entry fee includes cardboard and duct tape with supplemental materials available for an additional donation, and your team must be registered by August 24th.

- Speed Boat Awards: The most coveted of all the awards, given to the teams with the quickest time around the race course without sinking.
- Pizzaz Awards: Given to the teams that display the most team spirit through creative costumes, decorations and the best overall theme.
- Titanic Awards: Given to the teams with most spectacular, elaborate and entertaining sinkings.
- Isham Randolph Award for Design and Engineering Excellence: This award is given to the most ingenious design and construction technique and is named after the Engineer of the Chicago Ship and Sanitary Canal...who had no formal engineering training.
