 JUNIOR FLEET

 SUMMER 2000

The CCYC Junior Fleet Board has spent the winter gathering information, working on budgets, researching boats, and interviewing instructors. With the information, the junior board has developed a new schedule that will improve the skills of all our junior sailors no matter what their skill level. We kept our popular Thursday night lessons, improved the Tuesday night racing, and added full day camps for the beginners, intermediate and advanced sailors.
We are still looking for one or two more instructors. If you know of anyone with several years of sailing knowledge and skills and who is great with kids, please call Mary Kovats for an application.

So that we can determine the number of instructors we will need this summer, we are offering a 5% discount for any registration for day camp that we receive by April 15, 2000.Be sure to sign up early to reserve a place in camp and to take advantage of the 5% discount.

Many changes have been made, so read this flyer carefully. If you have any questions or comments, please call one of the board members listed below.
