Committees

Management of the Club is vested in a Board of Directors which consists of the Executive Officers (Commodore, Vice Commodore and Rear Commodore), the Secretary, the Treasurer, the immediate Past Commodore and four other elected Members. Two elected Members shall be elected at each Annual Meeting for a term of two years by the Voting Members. (Sections 3.01 & 3.02)

Administration Committee
Standing Committee shall be responsible for Club finances, communications, public relations and planning. (Section 4.011)

Standing Committee responsible for repair, maintenance and improvements of the building and grounds. (Section 4.012)

Social Committee
Standing committee responsible for food and bar services, the assignment of party sponsorship and entertainment activities, and the purchase and sale of souvenir merchandise. (Section 4.013)

Race Committee
Standing committee responsible for the organization, coordination and scheduling of race activities, the staffing and maintenance of the committee boat(s) and other necessary equipment (Section 4.014)

Corinthian University- Board
Corinthian University is an auxilliary group organized and operated under the sanction of the Club, to serve the Educational Purposes and Objectives of the Club with the approval of the Board. (Section 2.05) Insurance carrier requires 50% of the board to be board members of CCYC.

Fleets
Fleets are auxiliary groups organized and operated under the sanction of the Club, to foster, sustain, and encourage yachting and boating in all its forms amongst all people. (Article One) with the approval of the Board. (Section 2.05).

Insurance and Risk Committee
The Commodore, with approval of the Board of Directors, may establish such other Committees as he deem necessary for specific situations or operation of the Club. (Section 4.02)
Sympathy Committee
The Commodore, with approval of the Board of Directors, may establish such other Committees as he deem necessary for specific situations or operation of the Club. (Section 4.02)
